Arrival in Tan Son Nhat airport, you will be picked up by our tour guide and driver then transferred to the hotel in city center. The check-in is available at 2 pm. Overnight at hotel in Saigon.
After breakfast, we begin to do the city tour with the first place is the Notre Dame Cathedral and the General Post Office. Then, you will visit the War Remnants Museum formerly known as the Museum of American War Crimes. This is a poignant display of the futility of war. Next on the sightseeing list is the pagoda of the Emperor of Jade, an icon of the inhabitants of Saigon and venerated for a hundred years. The prayers of the faithful (passing through) would increase fertility and even influence it. Finally, stop at Ben Thanh market for a variety of products on sale. Ben Thanh Market is one of the oldest and most famous markets in Ho Chi Minh City, offering a wide variety of local goods, souvenirs, and traditional food. It's a vibrant hub for both locals and tourists, showcasing the bustling atmosphere of Vietnam. The market's iconic clock tower is a landmark, symbolizing the city's rich culture and history.
Back to the hotel and in the afternoon, you will experience Saigon Unseen Tour (from 13h to 17h00)

After breakfast, we depart from Saigon via coach and drive towards Can Tho, the beating heart of the Mekong Delta. Stop at the rustic, riverside town of Cai Be where lunch is served at the elegant Le Longanier Restaurant set amidst lush fruit trees by the river. Continue to Can Tho, arriving mid-afternoon and board the Victoria Mekong Cruise Ship. As the ship cruises towards Tiger Island, watch the sunset over the Hau River, sundowner in hand. As day turns into night, sit down to a gala dinner to officially welcome you aboard your Victoria Mekong Cruise, accompanied by a traditional Southern Vietnamese folk music performance known as don ca tai tu.

After breakfast head ashore and explore Tiger Island by electric bicycle or by sampan, visiting cottage industries such as net weaving and incense shops. At a pagoda locally known as “Mr. Tiger’s Temple”, learn the art of making two Mekong Delta specialties: incense and banh in, a local rice cake. Return to the ship and enjoy lunch while cruising towards the provincial capital of Long Xuyen in the Mekong Delta. Tender ashore to visit the colourful Long Xuyen Floating Market and the An Giang Traditions Museum, with fascinating exhibits on Vietnamese, Chinese, Khmer and Cham cultures in the region. Return on board in time for dinner and the evening’s entertainment as the ship continues cruising to Vam Nao where we overnight.
Enjoy breakfast as the ship makes its way to the border town of Tan Chau where you will visit a temple dedicated to the uniquely Vietnamese religion of Caodaism. Travel by local rickshaw to a silk village to witness all the labor-intensive steps to producing this fine textile, including the use of natural dyes made from tree bark, leaves and fruit. After lunch on board, visit more Mekong Delta attractions, including a scenic island and some of the area’s floating fish farms. There is also an option to travel by speedboat to Chau Doc to see the submerged forest of Tra Su, known for its abundant birdlife and picturesque mangroves. Return to the ship in time for a traditional Vietnamese lion dance, followed by dinner and the evening’s entertainment. Overnight near Tan Chau.
As the ship begins cruising towards the Vietnam-Cambodia border, enjoy a leisurely breakfast in the restaurant. After, select from the many on-board activities including a ship’s tour, cocktail competition and cultural lecture. We arrive late afternoon in the charming capital of Phnom Penh, once known as the “Pearl of the Orient” for its French colonial buildings, tree-lined boulevards and scenic riverwalk. Before the farewell gala dinner, take in a performance of Khmer Apsara dancing by a troupe of disadvantaged children with the opportunity to meet them afterward. Overnight in Phnom Penh.
This morning, hop on a three-wheeled cyclo and be driven to the majestic Royal Palace and Silver Pagoda complex. Admire the elaborately constructed palace buildings, some of the 5,000 silver floor tiles that give the Silver Pagoda its name, as well as spectacular gold and bejeweled Buddha statues that are considered national treasures. Walk to the nearby National Museum, a beautiful sandstone building that showcases the world’s largest collection of Khmer art.
Set off for lunch afterward before driving to Choeung Ek, one of the mass grave sites of the Killing Fields where the Khmer Rouge executed over a million men, women, and children between 1975 and 1979. Today, Choeung Ek is a memorial with a Buddhist stupa filled with skulls and bones to honor the victims. Finish off the afternoon in style at Raffles Hotel Le Royal, sipping on a signature cocktail at the famed Elephant Bar.
Return to the ship and take in a lively performance of Khmer Apsara dancing with the opportunity to meet the performers afterward.
After breakfast, go on a walking tour of the village of Koh Chen where the highlight is meeting a local copper and silversmith. Afterward, travel by coach to Oudong, the ancient capital of Cambodia with a stop at the fascinating Vipassana Dhura Meditation Center. After having lunch on board, travel by three-wheeled tuk-tuk to Silk Island where you will learn about the process of silk weaving, from worm to loom, with the chance to observe local families weaving the iconic Cambodian krama.
This morning, explore the village of Angkor Ban with its wooden stilt houses and local vibe. Enjoy lunch on board as the Victoria Mekong sails to Wat Hanchey. Walk up the steps to this 7th-century hilltop temple built under the Chenla Empire, and take in gorgeous panoramic views over the Mekong River.
Disembark from the ship at Kampong Cham and travel through the lush Cambodian countryside. Upon arrival to Siem Reap, the gateway to the mystical Angkor Complex, sit down to a final lunch where the cruise program ends.
Then after meeting our tour guide, we start to visit Ta Prohm "Tomb Raider" fame. Ta Prohm has been abandoned to the elements, a reminder that while empires rise and fall, the riotous power of nature marches on, oblivious to the dramas of human history. We journey out to the Mother of all temples, Angkor Wat. Believed to be the world's largest religious building, this temple is the perfect fusion of symbolism and symmetry and a source of pride and strength to all Khmers.
Dinner with Apsara Dance show at a local restaurant. For those travelers thirsting for cultural highlights of Cambodia, No visit to Cambodia is complete without attending at least one traditional Khmer dance performance, often referred to as 'Apsara Dance' after one of the most popular Classical dance pieces. Traditional Khmer dance better described as 'dance-drama' in that the dances are not merely danced but also meant to convey a story or message.
Then transfer to the hotel in Siem Reap for the night. Overnight in a hotel.
After breakfast, we go straight to Banteay Srei, "The Citadel of Women" built at a time when the Khmer Empire was gaining significant power. Like numerous others, it is dedicated to the Hindu god Shiva. It is a masterpiece of Khmer art with its intricate, pink sandstone construction and ornate design. Then we will visit Banteay Samre. On the way back to Siem Reap, we will visit Srah Srang, "The Royal Bath" and Banteay Kdei, a richly decorated Buddhist temple.
Our afternoon will be spent visiting the “Grand Circuit” including Pre Rup, a temple mountain with beautiful bas-relief sculpture and excellent view of the surrounding countryside; East Mebon which is a large temple mountain dedicated to Shiva in honor of the king’s parents; Tasom, the most distant temple of the Grand Circuit and Neak Pean, a small island temple originally dedicated to Buddha and is most photogenic during the wet season We will then finish off the day's tour with Preah Khan, which is dedicated to Jayavarman VII's father.
Finally, we will return to our hotel and stay there for the night.
