Day 01: Arrival in Hanoi

Arrive at Hanoi airport and meet your Asiatica guide. Transfer to the city center and check in at your hotel. Free time to rest or explore the city on your own without a guide or driver. Overnight at the hotel in Hanoi.

Day 02: Hanoi City Tour

We start with a visit to the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (exterior visit) and Ho Chi Minh’s residence. Near the mausoleum, there is the One Pillar Pagoda, a symbol of the city. We will visit the Temple of Literature, known as Vietnam’s "First University." Next, we continue to the Museum of Ethnology, the most interesting museum in Hanoi. Afterward, we visit Ngoc Son Temple at Hoan Kiem Lake (Lake of the Restored Sword). We will explore the Old Quarter on foot, passing by Hang Be Street, where you can see a small local market. During this walk, travelers will discover Northern Vietnamese specialties such as Bun Cha (noodles with grilled meat), Bia (local beer), and a wide range of handicraft and traditional products. Additionally, traffic congestion, which may seem overwhelming at first, will become manageable after learning the tricks to crossing the streets—making the rest of your trip smoother.  

Day 03: Hanoi - Ninh Binh - Tam Coc - Mua Caves

After breakfast, we depart for Ninh Binh, one of Vietnam’s most famous destinations for its historical sites and stunning limestone peaks. We will visit Tam Coc (Three Caves), a tranquil valley among karst hills. After a boat trip through Tam Coc, we visit Bich Dong Pagoda. The rest of the day is dedicated to exploring Mua Caves and hearing fascinating stories from our guide. From the cave’s summit, you can enjoy a majestic view of Tam Coc. Climbing 500 stone steps, you will reach the mountain’s peak, where you can admire a breathtaking panoramic view of the countryside and the beautiful Ngo Dong River. Return transfer to Hanoi.  

Day 04: Hanoi - Halong

After breakfast, depart for Halong Bay (Vinh Ha Long). During the journey, you will have the opportunity to admire the spectacular landscape. Arrive in Halong Bay by late morning and board the cruise for a journey through the bay. As you sail, you will admire the beauty of the islands and hear the mystical legends of the area. Enjoy a delicious lunch with fresh seafood. In the afternoon, we transfer to a smaller boat to visit a famous cave or a fishing village. Dinner on board. Overnight on the cruise in a comfortable private cabin. 

Day 05: Halong - Hanoi - Da Nang - Hoi An

In the morning, after breakfast, we disembark and take small boats (sampans) to visit the famous caves or relax with a swim on the small, beautiful deserted beaches. Brunch on board. Late morning, transfer to Hanoi airport for a flight to Da Nang. Upon arrival in Da Nang, transfer to Hoi An Ancient Town. Overnight at the hotel.  

Day 06: Hoi An City Tour - Cam Thanh Village

After breakfast, meet your guide and transfer to the fishing village of Cam Thanh. Take a boat ride along the Cua Dai River and visit a local fisherman to observe how fishing nets are cast. Learn how to paddle a traditional Vietnamese bamboo basket boat. In the afternoon, start the city tour of Hoi An. Visit Phuoc Kien Pagoda, the 400-year-old Japanese Covered Bridge, Tan Ky Old House, Phung Hung Ancient House (a two-century-old merchant house), and the Sa Huynh Museum of History. Enjoy a unique experience in a traditional Vietnamese tea house, tasting selected teas and local farmer’s sweets. Overnight at the hotel.  

Day 07: Hoi An - Ba Na Hills - Golden Bridge - Flight to Saigon

After breakfast, transfer to Ba Na Hills and take the cable car up to the beautiful resort, located in the Truong Son mountain range. Visit Linh Ung Pagoda and admire its exquisite architecture. Stand before the massive 30-meter-tall Buddha statue, rising into the clouds, and visit a French wine cellar still used today for distilling alcohol. Explore the Golden Bridge, a 150-meter-long pedestrian bridge held up by two giant stone hands. Enjoy a panoramic view of the stunning natural landscape in peace and comfort. Afterward, transfer to Da Nang airport for the flight to Saigon. Upon arrival in Saigon, transfer to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel

Day 08: Ho Chi Minh - Cu Chi Tunnels

After breakfast, depart for the Cu Chi Tunnels, located 70 km from Saigon. This underground tunnel system was created around 1948 to help the Viet Minh in their fight against French occupiers. Return to the city to visit Notre Dame Cathedral and the Central Post Office. Next, visit the War Remnants Museum, formerly known as the Museum of American War Crimes, which offers a poignant exhibition on the futility of war. Continue to the Jade Emperor Pagoda, an important religious site in Saigon. Finally, visit Binh Tay Market, also known as "Cho Lon." Overnight at the hotel in Saigon.  

Day 09: Saigon - Ben Tre - Can Tho

After breakfast, depart for Ben Tre, Vietnam’s coconut capital. Visit a coconut candy workshop and a brick kiln to observe traditional brick-making techniques. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant with traditional dishes. Take a bicycle ride to explore the authentic countryside. Along the way, you will see exotic fruits not commonly found in your home country and pass by beautiful houses with welcoming locals. Transfer to Can Tho. Overnight at the hotel

Day 10: Can Tho - Tra Su - Chau Doc

Early in the morning, take a boat trip to visit the Cai Rang Floating Market. Then, depart for Chau Doc and check in at the hotel. Later, take a sampan trip to visit the Tra Su Melaleuca Forest. Overnight at the hotel.  

Day 11: Chau Doc - Phnom Penh

After breakfast, transfer to the pier for a boat trip to Phnom Penh. Upon arrival at the border, complete immigration formalities. Continue sailing toward Phnom Penh, arriving around noon. Meet your guide and transfer to the hotel. Begin your tour of Cambodia with a visit to the Royal Palace, including the Silver Pagoda. Return to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 12: Phnom Penh - Flight to Siem Reap - Tonle Sap

After breakfast, transfer to the airport without a guide and board a flight to Siem Reap. Upon arrival, take a boat trip on Tonle Sap Lake to visit the floating fishing villages.  

Day 13: Siem Reap - Angkor Thom - Angkor Wat - Siem Reap

After breakfast, transfer to visit the South Gate of Angkor Thom (Great City), the famous Bayon Temple, the Elephant Terrace, the Terrace of the Leper King, and Phimeanakas (Heavenly Palace). In the afternoon, visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Angkor Wat, the largest religious monument in the world. End the day with a visit to Bakheng Hill Temple to watch an incredible sunset from the top. Return to the hotel. Overnight in Siem Reap.  

Day 14: Siem Reap - Small Circuit - Grand Circuit - Siem Reap - Apsara Dinner

In the morning, visit the temples of the “Small Circuit,” including Ta Prohm, Thommanon, Chau Say Tevoda, Banteay Kdei, Srah Srang, and Ta Keo. In the afternoon, explore the “Grand Circuit,” including Pre Rup, East Mebon, Ta Som, and Preah Khan temples. Overnight at the hotel. In the evening, enjoy a traditional Apsara dance performance with dinner at a local restaurant. 

Day 15: Siem Reap - Departure

After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to the airport for departure.
