Dreaming of a holiday on Vietnam’s largest island? Relax on Phu Quoc’s beaches and enjoy breathtaking sunrises…

After the liberation on April 30, 1975, Phu Quoc became a dream destination for nature and sea lovers. Located in the Gulf of Thailand, this heart-shaped island lies just 62 nautical miles from Rạch Giá and nearly 290 nautical miles from Laem Chabang (Thailand). With a monsoonal, subtropical climate, Phu Quoc is a year-round destination, but the best time to visit is the dry season when the sky remains sunny, clear, and blue.

Its pristine beaches captivate those who appreciate untouched beauty. One of them - Long Beach - was listed among the "Hidden Beaches of the World" and looks its best from October to March. It ranks higher than many famous beaches, including Wildcat Beach in California (USA), Pink Beach in Barbuda, and Cayo Costa State Park in South Florida. The fresh sea breeze, golden sandy shores, and crystal-clear turquoise waters make Phu Quoc a true paradise.

You can reach Phu Quoc by boat or plane (Ho Chi Minh City - Phu Quoc flight). Swimming, sunbathing, sailing, and diving are just a few of the relaxing activities awaiting visitors. The waters around Phu Quoc boast stunning coral reefs, and if you're lucky, you might even spot a bamboo shark. After an hour of swimming in the crystal-clear sea, imagine a waiter serving you fresh, delicious seafood… Doesn’t that sound like paradise?

Phu Quoc Beach is the perfect place to relax, dive, and snorkel. Scuba diving was introduced to the island in 2002 by Jeremy Stein, known for his 5-star diving centers and instructor training facilities in Nha Trang. Since diving is still a relatively new attraction here, you have the rare chance to be among the first to explore its untouched underwater sites!

If you’re curious about the local fishing life, don’t miss Ham Ninh fishing village, where you can witness fishermen at work up close. You can also taste the famous Phu Quoc fish sauce at a traditional factory. Here, you’ll see massive wooden barrels filled with fresh fish fermenting to perfection. Be sure to sample a few grains of the island’s signature green pepper and a drop of its rich, salty sauce.

"Phu Quoc is a must-visit in Vietnam!" said one foreign traveler. Spend your days sunbathing on pristine beaches, then take a boat trip to nearby islets for diving, fishing, and watching the sun set over the ocean…
